On July 9th 2010, the second BlueScope Steel Expo Event was held in Australia Pavilion. Approximately 80 customers were invited to the event with our guests including our distributors, core customers, steel structure companies, design institutes, project owners and project management companies across all the four sales region of China.
In the afternoon, guests arrived at the Expo site by BlueScope Steel arranged Expo Shuttle buses. As a warm-up activity, BlueScope Steel (Suzhou) arranged to have all the guests visit the Finnish and Thai Pavilions through VIP access.
The dinner began with a welcome speech by Peter Sams, Director of the Australia Pavilion. He warmly welcomed all of the guests and expressed his appreciation to BlueScope Steel for their sponsorship and great support. He also wished BlueScope Steel China the best of luck in their future business endeavours.
Then Mr. Simon Linge, President of BlueScope Steel Suzhou, made a passionate speech. Mr. Simon Linge gave his thanks to the Australia Pavilion for helping to arrange the events, as well as expressing his thanks to all the guests for making time in their busy schedules to attend the event. He also expressed his thanks to our customers who have trusted and supported BlueScope Steel in the past and hoped that this special relationship would continue. At the conclusion of his speech, Mr. Linge invited all guests to “Gan Bei” for a brighter future.
During guests enjoyed the wine and delicious food, we presented Thanks award to our core customers for their understanding and great support in the past year, after that we arranged a funny Bingo Game of Pavilions Guess. All guests participated in, and the dinner was full of laugh and happiness.
