The Genoa House is BlueScope Butler Residential’s first complete panelized Residential project exported into Oahu, Hawaii. BlueScope Residential shipped all wall panels, truss parts and accessories in forty foot, high cube containers. The wall panels included the preinstalled vinyl windows, Vapor barrier fpr water proofing, window flashings and fiber cement siding. With our specialised packing system, all goods arrived intact and undamaged. BlueScope Residential provided on site installation instruction and supervision. The two storey house was completely assembled in less than five days using only 8 workers.
